Treehouse.jpgThe Big Treehouse – Marshalltown, Iowa
12 levels reaching 55 ft. high, this treehouse has over 5000 sq. ft of space – you’ve gotta see it!

The Treehouse is complete with music, electricity, telephone, microwave oven, refrigerator, running water, grill, 13 porch swings, Shady Oaks Museum, 2002 Spiral Stairway, and much, much more.

The Big Treehouse is shown by guided tour only. It is not a childrens’ playground. In fact, it was created by an adult with adults in mind.

The Big Treehouse is located at the Shady Oaks Campground. From the Treehouse, there are lofty views of meadow, woodlands, and stream; and from the 2002 Spiral Stairway, unusual angles of the Treehouse may be observed.

Just to say that you have visited such a place will have everyone you know wanting more information.
