The Paramount Theatre is one of just 300 movie palaces left in the United States according to a story in USA Today. The Paramount is included in the National Register of Historic Places which notes buildings of historical or architectural significance. The style is "standard theatre architecture," a combination of baroque and rococo popular in early twentieth century theatres.
