Gifford And Isabelle Millard Preserve – Central City, Iowa
In 1991 ten acres that included a glacial marsh were donated to Linn County. The donors wanted to protect the existing biological diversity and make it available for visitors to study. Rare and unusual wetland vegetations can be found there. Over 40 documented species of butterflies have been noted in the area.
