WILDER MEMORIAL MUSEUM – Strawberry Point, Iowa

20images.jpgHere visitors can relive the past as they walk through the various rooms of the museum. There are 6 rooms full of Victorian furniture, including Victorian hanging lamps, European figurines, and exquisite glass and china. Featured prominently is an heirloom doll collection. Their collection also includes toy tractors and pioneer tools.

More than 900 dolls and eight dollhouses; many rooms furnished in late 1800s style; art glassware, porcelain; oil paintings; rare Queen Anne doll; model of Iowa farm; display of Norwegian rosemaling; spinning wheels; forty lighted hanging Victorian lamps.

Open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekdays 11am to 4pm Weekends 10am to 4pm We are also open weekends in May, September, and October.
We are also open by appointment.
