My mother Lois Eberhard and my father Gene Eberhard owned a grocery store in Garnavillo in the 1940's. It was located right beside the currant library. They found many receipts and billings of a M.A. & W.F. Meyer in the walls which discloses bills of 1915. My mother saved these and now that my parents are both deceased, I simply do not know what to do with them. I was wondering if the museum would have any interest. I am planning on being in Guttenberg the weekend of the 21st, so I could make an appointment for that Saturday if you would like to look at what I have. Please let me know as soon as possible. I appreciate your time in this matter. Sincerely, Sandra Kann
