This park near Strawberry Point, Iowa, encompasses 1,750 acres and derives its name from the high ridge of rock in its center. It contains natural springs, caverns, and a man-made lake. Limestone bluffs rise 80 to 90 feet above the Maquoketa River. Camping, picnicking, hiking, boating, fishing, and swimming are permitted.

Granny Basketball players donate their time to play. They have games from January thru May around the state and have the joy of watching more and more people want to get a team together in other areas of the state.
