This is one of the largest tree museums of its kind in the United States located in Storm Lake, Iowa. In one of the city parks near the lake, the city is collecting and planting tree seedlings and cuttings from trees that are associated with famous people or events from American and world history.

This unique outdoor classroom is dedicated to planting the documented offspring of trees associated with famous people or events in history. Visit the Joan of Arc Willow, a tree descended from a willow at Joan of Arc’s birthplace, or see one of the descendants of the original trees planted by Johnny Appleseed.

Admission – Free and open to the public.
