This nature center in Ottumwa, Iowa is staffed with a full-time naturalist. Displays stressing flora and fauna of the area have been developed. Nearby are three stocked ponds that are open for public fishing.

Also available are 15 miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails. There is a half-mile paved handicapped-accessible trail at the facility.

Admission – None

Directions – 6 miles south of Ottumwa on U. S. Highway 63

Hours – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, year-round
