Fort Madison Art Center – Fort Madison, Iowa The Art Center, which is open year-round, regularly displays works from local artists.

The Art Center does more than just show and sell artwork throughout the year – it also puts on numerous programs for kids, including the 4-H art program, the Suzuki Violin program, the Lunch-ALA-art program, and the School’s Early Out program. There are also numerous art lessons during the summer.

The Fort Madison Art Center is housed in the renovated Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Passenger Depot and features fine art exhibits as well as a sales gallery carrying the works of over 60 local artists.

Sales gallery carries works of more than 60 local artists in watercolor, oil, pottery, china, jewelry, woodcarving, leaded glass, stitchery and tatting. Create your own work of art in the on-site studio.
