I see that Swan Lake is located 3 miles south of Carroll, but it doesn’t tell me where south, south on 71 , south on a county road, south where ??? We’ll be coming to attend a Frog and Toad seminar on March 15, so please let me know where Swan Lake is located, thanks, Marian
From Carroll go on US 3 for 2.5 miles, turn right onto CR-N33 for 1 mile, right onto CR-E37 for 0.7 miles and then left onto Noble Ave for 0.4 miles. This is according to MapQuest
When does the camping grounds open for the year? Such as the water and electrical hook ups ready for use. Please send response via email. Thanks!
In speaking with park personnel they suggested waiting until May to come if you want water and electricity. They want to avoid freezing water lines in April so come in May and enjoy all the activities and beauty of the area!
When does the water get shut off in the fall? we were thinking of camping around the 20th of Oct. Also I read that you have full hookups…. is that true? and how many? Thanks.
Since they have no email to contact them you will need to call for the information. Phone: (712) 792-4614
